What packages do you offer for weddings, elopements, and portraits, and what is included in each?

What is your service area?

I'm based in Houston and serve the entire metropolitan area, including The Woodlands, Conroe, Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, and Galveston. I'm also available to travel throughout Texas, covering cities like Austin, the Hill Country, Dallas, and San Antonio. Additionally, I photograph destination weddings across the United States and internationally. No location is off limits!

How much is the retainer to secure our date, and when is the remaining balance due?

A 30% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding or portrait session.

How far in advance should we book our wedding or portrait session to guarantee your availability?

Most couples book their weddings between 6 months to a year in advance. Portrait sessions are typically booked 1 to 3 months ahead. However, if you're seeking a session sooner, please inquire. If availability allows, we'll gladly accommodate you.

What is your photographic style, and how do you direct couples or families who feel awkward in front of the camera?

My photography style combines documentary, candid and posed images. I emphasize movement, joy, and authenticity, guiding couples and families gently to capture natural, polished, and engaging photographs.

How many final images will we receive, and what is your typical turnaround time for the online gallery?

The number of final images delivered depends on the session duration and type. Typically:

• Portrait sessions: Galleries delivered within 3 to 4 weeks.

• Weddings: Galleries delivered within 6 to 8 weeks.

Can we customize a package to fit our specific coverage hours or add-ons (albums, second photographer, prints)?

Yes, customizations are available through à la carte options such as film coverage, albums, prints, and additional hours. All wedding packages include complimentary engagement sessions, and a second photographer is included in our 6- and 8-hour packages.

Do you travel outside Houston, and what are the travel fees for Austin, San Antonio, Dallas & destination weddings?

Yes, I travel throughout Texas and beyond. Travel fees within Texas vary based on the specific location. Please inquire directly for exact quotes. Destination weddings outside Texas or the U.S. require customized travel arrangements and pricing; contact me directly for details.

Do you carry backup equipment and liability insurance?

Yes, I carry backup camera equipment to every wedding, and I am fully insured with liability coverage.

Is a second photographer included or available as an add-on?

A second photographer is included in packages of 6 or 8 hours. For shorter sessions, you may add a second photographer for an additional fee.

Will we have printing rights to the high-resolution images, and do you offer professional print or album services?

Clients receive full printing rights to their high-resolution images. You have the option to order professional prints and albums directly through our store or choose to print elsewhere.

What happens if there is bad weather on our portrait session date—can we reschedule, and is there a fee?

Portrait sessions can be rescheduled due to inclement weather without any additional fees. Weddings, however, cannot be rescheduled due to their unique nature.

What is your refund or cancellation policy if our plans change unexpectedly?

The 30% deposit is non-refundable but can be applied as a studio credit toward future sessions. If the remaining balance has not yet been paid, no further payment will be required.

Can we see full wedding or portrait galleries to understand your storytelling approach from start to finish?

Absolutely! You can request full gallery examples during your inquiry process. Additionally, sample galleries are available on our Gallery page.

How do we select a location for our family or couple portraits, and can you recommend spots?

After confirming your booking with the initial deposit, we'll discuss your vision and preferred style. Based on this, I'll happily recommend ideal locations for your session.

Do you offer engagement or anniversary sessions, and can they be bundled with our wedding package?

Yes, engagement and anniversary sessions are available. Engagement sessions are included complimentary with wedding bookings, but you may also purchase them separately.

Do you provide sneak-peek images, and if so, how soon after the session can we expect them?

While I do not guarantee sneak-peek images, I typically aim to send a few preview images within the first few days following the wedding or session, depending on the season's workload.
